BorsodChem executed its latest environmental investment in the spirit of this thought in the Waste Water Treatment Plant. Further investment into the waste water plant that underwent continuous developments between 1978 and 2002 was justified by the establishment of planned new production capacities, which necessitate the elaboration of a newline waste water treatment process. The task of the new SBR (periodical feed reactor) system waste water treatment bioreactors is to treat waste waters of novel composite generated by the surplus capacity of the isocyanate line, by the assistance thereof the nitrogen removal remains to be ensured at the proper level.
