BorsodChem’s objective is the provision of high-level product quality and standards, therefore the acquisition of quality certificates is considered as of key importance for the company. Three experts of the National Accreditation Board (NAB) held a supervisory audit in the analytical and product inspection laboratories of BorsodChem as per the MSZ EN ISO/IEC 17025 certificate.
During the supervision the experts of NAB judged the professional activity of the laboratories as excellent and they did not find any non-compliances or failures. Based on these findings, NAB issued the certifying document on the successful review. The laboratories of BorsodChem are currently preparing for the following inspection: expansion of the accredited scope of activity, which covers air space tests at the workplace, measurement of personal exposition, dissolution tests related to the certification of environmental groundwater, waste water and wastes. The measurement of the necessary uncertainty estimate tests, its documentation and updating the laboratory quality management manual is in progress.
